Skilled help with the things families struggle to do alone
An assistant is not a nurse and should not be asked to perform clinical procedures — no injections, no wound dressing, no catheter insertion. If your parent needs those, you need nursing hours too, and we will say so rather than stretch the scope.
Anyone can be hired. Very few are trained and accountable.
The ad-hoc attendant market runs on chance — no verification, no training in transfers or skin care, nobody to call when they stop turning up. Our assistants work under our nursing team, and if one is not right for your family, we replace them.
