Support · at home in Hyderabad

A sickroom, set up properly, by evening.

Hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, air mattresses and monitors — delivered, installed in the room, demonstrated to whoever will be using them, serviced while you have them and collected when you don’t.

Hire, not purchase. Most items can be delivered and installed the same day.

What actually happens

Delivered is not the same as set up

Equipment hire usually fails at the last ten metres — a bed left in the hallway, a concentrator nobody explained. This is what the four steps actually involve.

1
The call

What the room can take

We ask about the doorway, the room, the patient’s weight and how long you are likely to need it — because the wrong cot is worse than none.

2
Delivery

Carried in and assembled

Brought to the room it will be used in, assembled and positioned — near the plug point, clear of the bathroom route.

3
Handover

Shown to whoever will use it

The family and the attendant are walked through the controls, the alarms and what to do if it stops. Not handed a manual.

4
After

Serviced, then collected

Faults fixed or the unit swapped. When it is no longer needed, we come and take it away.

What we hire out

The equipment a home actually needs

Hospital cots
Manual and electric, with side rails and adjustable positions for feeding and breathing.
Oxygen concentrators
For prescribed home oxygen, with flow set to your physician’s instruction.
Air and water mattresses
Pressure-relieving surfaces — essential for anyone bedridden for more than a few days.
Wheelchairs and walkers
Including commode wheelchairs and lightweight folding options for hospital trips.
Monitors and suction
BP monitors, pulse oximeters, nebulisers and suction machines.
Patient lifts and rails
For safe transfers where lifting by hand is no longer sensible.

Worth knowing

Equipment is hired against a clinical need, not sold from a catalogue. Home oxygen in particular requires a prescription and a set flow rate — if you do not have one yet, a doctor home visit comes first. Third-party delivery charges outside our own logistics are passed through at cost.

Why hire rather than buy

Most of this is needed for weeks, not years

Families buy a hospital cot in a panic and store it in a spare room for a decade. Hire the right item for as long as the recovery takes, swap it when needs change, and give it back when it is done.

“They asked the width of our doorway before quoting. That one question told me they had done this before.”

Questions

Equipment hire — what families ask

Per item and per duration, quoted before delivery once we know what the home and the patient need. Installation, the walkthrough and collection are always included.

Tell us what you need and where

We confirm availability, a rate and a delivery slot — and ask about your doorway before we load the van.
