Refund Policy
Any refunds, fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding cash payments.
Refunds will not be processed to third-party accounts.
The timeframe for refunds for different payment modes is typically between 10-15 business days after the cancellation request has been received and verified by our customer support.
For NEFT transactions, we require the following information to process a refund to your account: Bank Account number, IFSC code, Account holder’s name, and Branch name. Merakicare will not be liable for any incorrect information provided by you.
